Job Description: Project Manager Exhibition & Event

.Work under supervision of collaborate with Senior Project Manager and Director on projects to obtain knowledge of the clients requirements.

.Discuss content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team and clients.

.Work alongside Head of Production, Creative Director and Operation Manager for management of projects.

.Collaborate efforts and proposed actions with team members on projects.

.Oversee the presentation of final concepts with Creative Director and obtain approvals for deliverables.

.On site - Oversee the whole exhibition stand project from start to finish, communicating, updating and co- ordinating with team members and staff involvement.

.Plan resources and manpower needs.

.Co-ordinate all aspects of stand design from initial plans to graphic design, quotations, stand manufacture, printing, testing and total costing, together with Production Manager.

.Management of paperwork from organizers, including forms filling and all other requirements stipulated by the organizers, ensuring prompt submission and approval, observing deadlines.

.Work with Operation Manager on logistics and packing list for projects, observing transportation timeline.

.Work with clients and organizers for electrical, internet and rigging plans.

.Liaise with suppliers of AV equipment and furniture contractors to manage the setup and teardown.

.Always ensure smooth delivery and operations at every stage of process, from installation to dismantling. To be able to crisis manage on site.

.Constant updates and reporting to Senior Project Manager and Director on work progress.

.Prepare payment claims to suppliers & freelancers and staff allowances.

.And all other duties and responsibilities that arise from the execution of projects.
