Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects, drive customer satisfaction, support business growth, and ensure successful execution of new product introduction and product transfer activities.

Job Description:

• Lead customers and internal projects from planning through successful completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business Development.
• Provide regular project status updates and drive issue resolution.
• Support RFQ activities, quotation preparation, pricing strategies, and lead-time commitments.
• Drive NPI, FAT, product transfer, and technology transfer activities.
• Monitor project financial performance and forecast achievement.
• Support cost reduction programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in customer meetings and business reviews.
• Conduct project closeout reviews and capture lessons learned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management or Product Management experience.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Good business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Experience with manufacturing, NPI, product transfer or technology transfer is preferred.
