Project Manager

As a Project Manager, your key role will be to lead the development of a comprehensive Technology Roadmap while fostering a dynamic ecosystem of innovation and technology partners. You will define effective methodologies, identify operational challenges, and use data-driven insights to continually enhance factory processes.

What to Expect

[Technology Roadmap Development]

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement the technology roadmap.
• Create, maintain, and refine use cases and technology catalogs.
• Build and manage a network of technology and innovation partners.

[Work Process Management and Pain Point Identification]

• Establish methodologies to measure project ROI and performance.
• Work with manufacturing stakeholders to collect data and identify key operational challenges.
• Analyze data to uncover bottlenecks and system inefficiencies.

[Technology Solution Deployment]

• Use data analysis and collaborative workshops to develop practical, sustainable solutions.
• Provide project management support during solution implementation.
• Oversee post-deployment performance and ensure seamless handovers to production teams.

What You'll Bring

• A Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, business process re-engineering, IT/OT system development, process innovation, or business/system consulting.
• Proficiency with simulation tools and techniques (e.g., digital twin, discrete event simulation) to model and analyze complex systems.
• Expertise in process innovation, IT/OT system development, and data analysis or business intelligence implementation.
• A strong understanding of the manufacturing industry.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify opportunities for improvement and design innovative solutions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
