Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Singapore. The Project Manager will coordinate industrial automation/systems integration projects from kickoff through delivery, acting as the primary interface between the company and customer/client stakeholders. Own project coordination across engineering, procurement, and production teams, and support key technical deliverables including drawings, I/O lists, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers/clients throughout the project — managing communication, progress updates, and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, panel/electrical, and software teams to ensure design and build milestones stay on schedule.
• Support preparation, review, and revision control of technical drawings (P&IDs, electrical/wiring diagrams, panel layouts, network architecture).
• Prepare, maintain, and update I/O lists in coordination with control/instrumentation engineers, ensuring accuracy against client specifications.
• Plan and coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT): scheduling, test procedure prep, client attendance/logistics, punch-list tracking, and closeout of action items.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and risks/issues; escalate proactively when deviations arise.
• Maintain project documentation — meeting minutes, status reports, RFIs, change requests.
• Ensure client requirements and specification changes are properly reflected in drawings, I/O lists, and test documentation.
• Support project handover, as-built documentation, and closeout at completion.
• Coordinate site delivery/installation logistics and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) support where required.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or related Engineering field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination/management within industrial automation, systems integration, or control systems.
• Working knowledge of reading P&IDs, electrical schematics, and I/O lists.
• Hands-on experience coordinating FAT (and ideally SAT) processes with clients.
• Strong client-facing communication skills — comfortable managing expectations directly.
• Proficient in MS Office/MS Project; experience with document control platforms (SharePoint, Aconex, etc.) a plus.
• Able to juggle multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
• Must be a Singaporean/PR.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to PLC/SCADA/DCS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
