Project Manager (EPC / MNC)

Our client is a leading EPC player in the mission-critical infrastructure sector, delivering large-scale data centre developments across the region. With project commitments expanding, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex hyperscale data centre projects.

What You'll Do:

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of large-scale data centre projects, from pre-construction through commissioning and handover
• Provide strategic oversight across planning, procurement, construction methodology, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, quality and safety
• Drive execution strategies, construction sequencing, resource planning and risk mitigation
• Manage tendering, commercial negotiations and consultant/contractor engagement
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, quality benchmarks and mission-critical operational standards
• Champion innovation, construction technologies and best practices to lift productivity and performance
• Update senior management on project risks, commercial matters and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and industry best practices

What You'll Bring:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 15 years in construction, including senior leadership roles on large-scale projects
• Proven track record delivering hyperscale data centres, mission-critical facilities or high-availability infrastructure
• Strong experience across the full project lifecycle: design management, procurement, construction, commissioning and client handover
• Experience managing high-value, fast-track projects with strict cost, programme, quality and safety requirements
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, commercial and contract management capabilities
• Design & Build or EPC experience highly advantageous
