Job Responsibilities:
- Accountability for the achievement of budget, schedule and quality
- Particular emphasis on environmental and safety issues
- Project management including establishing and maintaining the project program and coordinating construction activities
- Resolution of technical issues and ensuring construction works complies to the required technical standards
- Able to collaborate effectively to mitigate and resolve all identified issues
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experiences with building projects above S$100mil
- Full cycle project experience from start to TOP
- Good leadership skills, project management, budget management etc
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and good knowledge of local authorities requirements
