Project Manager (Engineering/Technical Services)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) system projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and full compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking

- Liaise and coordinate with relevant authorities such as JTC and MCST for project approvals and regulatory compliance

- Oversee site progress, subcontractor performance, and implement quality control measures for all works

- Prepare, review, and submit technical documents, shop drawings, and project reports

- Ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations and company standards

- Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims to maintain budget control

- Attend and lead meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline candidates with English Language Education background are welcome, provided they have relevant project management experience

- Proven project management experience in M&E or ELV systems

- Hands-on experience working on projects involving JTC and MCST in Singapore

- Strong knowledge of local regulations, authority submission processes, and project coordination workflows

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
