Join our team to independently manage architectural projects from design conceptualization through authority submissions, tendering, project management, and completion, contributing to innovative and high-quality architectural solutions.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead architectural projects from initial design conceptualization to final completion
- Prepare and submit documentation for authority approvals to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage tender processes to select appropriate contractors and suppliers
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project outcomes with client requirements and industry standards
- Apply architectural knowledge to solve design and construction challenges effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Architecture from a university recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore
- Registration with the Board of Architects Singapore is preferred but not mandatory
- 3 to 5 years of relevant architectural experience fresh graduates are welcome to apply
