Project Manager Engineer (Bukit Batok)

Responsibility:

1)Manage and oversee ELV projects (such as CCTV, access control, network, intercom, or solar systems) from planning to completion.

2)Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

3)Prepare project schedules, documentation, and reports to track progress and ensure timely delivery.

4)Supervise site installation works, testing & commissioning, and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

5)Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure cost control and quality performance.

6)Handle on-site issues and provide timely solutions to minimize project delays.

7)Work closely with the management team to align with company's business adjustment and project goals.

8)Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Singapore regulations and safety requirements.

Requirements:

1)Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Civil Engineering or related field.

2)Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ELV / security system / ICT / construction project management.

3)Strong understanding of systems such as CCTV, access control, intercom, network, or solar systems.

4)Able to read technical drawings and site layouts.

5)Good communication and coordination skills with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

6)Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently under minimum supervision.

7)Familiar with project scheduling, documentation, and site safety practices.

8)Possess a valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
