Job Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to final handover

• Coordinate across internal teams including business development, tender, cost control, and service units

• Oversee project planning, subcontractor management, installation, testing, and commissioning activities

• Identify contractual, technical, and commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities to ensure compliance with mission-critical facility standards

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• At least 5 years of experience in construction or project management within contractor or consultancy environments

• Experience in data centre, A&A, fit-out, greenfield or brownfield projects PMP or relevant certifications are advantageous
