Project Manager (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to manage overall project execution, ensuring progress meets schedule and cost targets.

• Supervise subcontractors works in accordance with shop drawings, method statements, material approvals, and samples.

• Liaise with authorities, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on shop drawings, materials, and technical submissions.

• Review and align Electrical and ELV design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies across Electrical, Structural, Architectural, ID, and client requirements.

• Plan and execute works to meet project deadlines and milestones.

• Attend coordination meetings to address site issues and provide progress updates.

• Review drawings and specifications for compliance and constructability.

• Assign tasks to Engineers and Supervisors, ensuring works are completed to standards and SOPs.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 15 years of relevant experience.

• Strong technical knowledge in Electrical and ELV systems.

• Professional, responsible, and able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project.
