Job Responsibilites:
- Led end-to-end project management, including planning, resource allocation, subcontractor supervision, and on-site execution.
- Managed stakeholders and clients, ensuring smooth communication, approvals, and resolution of disputes and defects.
- Oversaw project financials: prepared claims, controlled cash flow, verified invoices, and improved profit margins.
- Directed and trained project staff, conducted meetings, and maintained effective documentation control.
- Ensured compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards, while handling supplier evaluation, defects, and warranty claims
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the M&E / electrical industry.
