Job Description

Summary:

Julian Grey's client is an established engineering company specialising in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee electrical and M&E construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within the required schedule, quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate project activities with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage the design and coordination of electrical and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems to meet project specifications and client requirements.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress claims, material submissions, shop drawings and as-built drawings.
  • Identify project risks and site issues, implementing timely solutions to support successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of relevant project management experience in electrical and M&E construction.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, project coordination and site management.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
