Lead and manage a team of supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material take-offs.
Coordinate and monitor site activities, proactively resolve technical and operational issues, and represent the company in meetings with contractors and stakeholders.
Track project progress, ensure quality standards are met, and manage material usage to align with project requirements and schedules.
Enforce strict compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations on-site.
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 8 years of proven project management experience in electrical works within construction projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP design and coordination.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
