Project Manager (Electrical Project)

. Line Management of project team and their productivity and performance

. Provide technical advice and resolutions on technical difficulties and problems that may arise in the project.

. Support the development of team members by providing day-to-day guidance, sharing technical knowledge, and encouraging collaboration.

. Efficient management of resources and materials

. Up-keeping the project ISO quality documentation and records.

. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with objectives.

. Monitor and ensure work progress is in accordance to the master program with no delay in works

. Manage the implementation of the master programme, including materials and long lead items, ensuring alignment with project milestones and delivery timelines.

. Manage the full procurement process for consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, including drafting of scopes, evaluating quotes, and negotiating contracts.

. Review and align electrical design drawings to ensure compliance with contract design specifications and guidelines while maintaining cost efficiency.

. Attend site coordination meeting to address issues and update progress.

. Prepare monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.

Requirements:

. Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering

. Min. 8 Years of working experience in Electrical Engineering design/ Construction Industry.

. Knowledgeable in project management, building design services, associated regulations, and technical standards

. Good interpersonal skills, stakeholder management skills, problem-solving skills

. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.

. PE/LEW would have an advantage

. Good working attitude and a team player

. Shall be capable of working on own initiative.
