Project Manager - Electrical

• Lead a Project Team of consultants, contractors, developer in daily-site activities
• To manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule.
• To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors.
• Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects.
• Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad, Project Management
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Preferably Managers specializing in Electrical Engineering
