Project Manager (eLearning/ LMS exp strictly required | training provided for PM)

• Eligibility: Singaporean ONLY (G50 CAT2 clearance required)

• Working Days/Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-6pm

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated candidate with experience in learning, education, training, eLearning, or related fields to support the delivery of learning content projects.

The candidate will work with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and quality. Prior Project Management experience is not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of learning content projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Work with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate requirements and project activities.
• Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
• Monitor project scope, risks, issues, and changes, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, schedules, and status reports.
• Support quality checks to ensure learning content meets client requirements and learning objectives.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
• Support post-project reviews and additional learning-related projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Learning & Development, Training, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in learning, education, training, eLearning, or learning content development is required.
• Hands-on experience with eLearning tools and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required.
• Experience in project or programme coordination and stakeholder management is an advantage.
• Formal Project Management experience is not required training will be provided.
• Strong communication, coordination, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or project management software is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is an advantage.
