Involved in project inception, development, implementation and completion, with respect to managing people, money and time
Co-ordinate all projects comprehensively with all stake holders (internal and external) and be responsible for all work performance
Controls project by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes pre-empt and trouble shoot site problems early, recommending actions, setup procedures.
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications calculating time requirements sequencing project elements.
Liaise with site personnel on the project schedules and sequencing of work arrangements.
Understand contracts, ensure compliance to and fulfillment of agreed contractual terms and conditions
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations on WSH.
Conduct regular site assessments to inspect construction practices, horticultural practices and landscape quality requirements.
Tracks progress and provide reports and prepare progress claims
Versed with CAD drawing production SOP, format, processes and organisation.
Oversee nursery management, inventory management and procurement activities with Worker Supervisor, Design Team and Office Admin
Good knowledge of construction planning, work sequence, coordination with different trades would be a bonus
Knowledge of landscape works, plants would be a bonus.
