Role and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead critical application development and modernization initiatives within our Risk and Credit domain. This role is pivotal in driving the transformation of our banking systems, managing complex projects that modernize legacy applications while implementing cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with deep knowledge of Risk and Credit systems, and a proven track record in leading application development projects in the financial services sector.

Project Management

. Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for application development and modernization initiatives

. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies

. Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from legacy system modernization to new application development

Required Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field

. Minimum 7 plus of years of project management experience in financial service

Domain Knowledge

. Deep understanding of Risk Management frameworks and methodologies

. Expertise in Credit lifecycle including origination, underwriting, monitoring, and collections
