Our client is looking for a highly organized and driven Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery within a fast-paced technology environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution, providing regular updates, and proactively managing risks. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to delivering business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, resources, and dependencies
- Track project progress, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to keep initiatives on track
- Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards relevant to the industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
- Facilitate key project meetings including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives
- Resolve project issues, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution
- Manage project resources including team allocation, budgets, and external vendors where applicable
- Ensure alignment with project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards
- Continuously improve project delivery processes, tools, and frameworks
- Mentor and guide team members, supporting their growth and development
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within technology-driven environments
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to digital platforms (e.g., security, data protection, and financial regulations)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
