Project Manager (Digital Platforms)
Job Location: Singapore (West / City Fringe)
Type: Permanent, full-time position
A hybrid working model - 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home
What You'll Be Doing
You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery of digital learning initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle delivery - from scoping and planning to execution, launch, and adoption
- Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements, challenge assumptions, and align on outcomes
- Manage priorities, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects and teams
- Oversee vendors and external partners to ensure quality delivery and cost control
- Drive structured project governance - timelines, reporting, and decision tracking
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions
- Continuously review and improve existing learning technology tools and platforms
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination across initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Education Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project or product delivery
- Experience in learning technology, edtech, or education environments is highly advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum), requirements gathering, and vendor management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Structured, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
- Comfortable working across global teams and time zones
