We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in digital wallets, digital customer journeys, card fraud management, and card processing systems. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver innovative and secure digital payment solutions, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for digital wallet and card-related initiatives
- Collaborate with product, engineering, fraud, and compliance teams to define project scope and timelines
- Drive the design and implementation of digital customer journeys with a focus on user experience and security
- Coordinate project timelines with card processors and third-party vendors
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to card fraud and transaction security
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
About you:
- Comfortable to commit to an initial 6-month contract. Extension and/or renewal depends on your performance and client engagement with the business.
- Must be currently based in Singapore and require no work pass to start work
- Degree holder
- At least 10 years of experience in roles of similar capacity and domain knowledge
- Proven experience managing projects in digital payments, especially digital wallets
- Strong understanding of card processing systems and fraud detection mechanisms
- Experience in designing or optimizing digital customer journeys
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
