Project Leadership
- Define and execute the roadmap for Edge/Cloud infrastructure transformation.
- Lead cross-functional teams, track project performance, and report progress.
- Promote Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
- Foster collaboration with Software Architects, Technical Leads, Product Owners, Product Managers, and Experience Designers.
Technical Edge Platform & DevOps
- Lead medium-scale migrations with minimal disruption, focusing on performance, security, and cost optimization.
- Establish and evolve DevOps best practices, tools, and frameworks to improve developer agility and efficiency.
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation strategies to accelerate delivery.
- Continuously enhance cloud performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal technology utilization.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to boost developer reliability and productivity.
- Drive enterprise-scale Edge and DevOps transformation initiatives.
- Define and enforce best practices for infrastructure, deployment, and operations within the IoT platform.

- Mentor and develop team members, supporting career growth and progression.
- Provide regular feedback, conduct evaluations, and maintain open communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps, with a background in manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with PTC Kepware, ThingWorx, and CI/CD integration using GitLab/GitHub.
- Proficiency in OpenStack VM, VMware, Red Hat OSV, and CAAS infrastructure.
- Expertise in container orchestration and scaling via APIs, virtualization, or portals.
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, and other databases, including migration and modernization.
- Proven ability in performance monitoring and optimization for scalability.
- Advanced skills in Kubernetes, OpenShift, containers, and cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
- Solid understanding of AWS and hybrid/multi-cloud strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation projects in complex enterprise settings.
