Responsibilities:
Assist the Team in project admin and service planning work
Promote service improvement project according to service strategy
Track project status and highlight any issue to superior
Follow up on key action items, progress and consolidate reports for review
Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion of the project
Service business data and process analysis
Execute proper documentation for every phase of project
Maintain proper filing system to ensure all project information is appropriately documented and secured
Communicate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate meeting and logistic arrangement
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the office system furniture field is required for this position.
