Key Responsibilities:
- Review technical specifications and ensure compliance.
- Lead client acceptance tests and oversee installation/commissioning.
- Identify sales opportunities and coordinate with sales teams.
- Provide remote technical support to customers and partners.
- Prepare documentation (safety plans, risk assessments, reports).
- Support new product development and manage customer feedback.
- Conduct training for distributors/agents to strengthen service quality.
- Perform on-site testing, commissioning, and training when required.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC power theory, circuits, control systems, and power distribution.
- 2-5 years experience in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical/electronic equipment.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale technical projects across different geographies.
- Knowledge of inverter technology is an advantage.
- Willing to travel 30-40% of the time (including occasional weekends).
