This is a client-side Project Manager role delivering major industrial, logistics, and data centre projects across Singapore and APAC.

The firm is an end-to-end industrial and supply chain delivery consultancy. They represent occupiers, owners, and developers directly, managing projects from early strategy through to completion. Project values range from S$2M to S$250M, with a secured pipeline extending to 2030. Clients include global technology, logistics, and retail operators.

The Singapore team is growing. Project Managers own their projects end-to-end. You will manage architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors directly, while working closely with senior clients and internal leadership.

Large-scale greenfield automated warehouse developments

Major warehouse fit-out and expansion programs

Data centre developments across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand

Industrial automation and A&A projects with multinational

Education required:

Bachelor's degree in one of the following:

• Construction Management
• Civil Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Architecture
• Project Management (construction-focused)
