You are a seasoned Project Manager leading a multi-stream cybersecurity transformation program covering IAM Enhancements, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Secrets Management (SM), and Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR). You will oversee end-to-end delivery across parallel workstreams, ensuring alignment with business, security, and regulatory objectives.
Program Management
- Own end-to-end delivery of all program scopes (IAM, PAM, SM, ITDR), ensuring integration across workstreams
- Develop and manage the integrated master plan, including dependencies, milestones, and parallel execution tracks
- Govern program delivery across Design Build Test Deploy lifecycle
- Drive RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) aligned with PMI PMBOK practices
- Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets
- Coordinate combined UAT cycles and phased go-live strategy across multiple domains
- Establish KPI-driven reporting (velocity, defect rate, delivery metrics)
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Lead Steering Committee, Working Committee, and executive reporting cadence
- Act as primary escalation point across business, security, and technical stakeholders
- Align cross-functional teams: IAM, Security, Infra, Application Owners, Vendors
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., MAS-grade governance)
- Drive adoption through structured communication, training, and change management
Technical & Domain Oversight
- Ensure alignment of solutions across:
- SailPoint (IGA / JML / Access Review)
- CyberArk (PAM / Conjur)
- AWS (KMS, EC2, cloud integration)
- ITDR frameworks (identity telemetry, detection use cases)
- Validate architecture alignment with People-Process-Technology model
- Provide governance over security architecture, integration, and operational readiness
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- 12-15+ years in program/project management with large-scale transformation experience
- Strong experience managing multi-workstream security or IAM programs
- Certification: PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe preferred
- Proven experience in financial services or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of:
- IAM / IGA (SailPoint or equivalent)
- PAM (CyberArk or equivalent)
- Cloud security (AWS preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong risk management, governance, and delivery leadership capability
