Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1. Able to coach and develop team members to handle responsibilities with agility and a positive mindset

2. Able to identify and manage the direct costs associated with the project to be undertaken, through careful tracking, documentation, and proper authorisations

3. Able to identify and use all the available information and data for the purpose of scoping ROECNY's unique business position in the industry to offer products and services which clients will have demand for.

4. Able to handle the end-to-end actions of a new project business case with all the details covering the requirements of the clients. This will involve the initial identification of the need, analyzing options, evaluating risks and financials, and structuring the case for stakeholder approval

5. Able to use structured project management approach to ensure timely achievement of the requirements under each project milestone

6. Able to perform gap analysis at every milestone of the digital banking solution development to ensure the identified gaps are addressed and not brought forward to the next stage

7. Able to anticipate information technology-related risks for the digital banking solution projects, and manage the risks through proper set up and implementation of procedures and controls, with the end goal of significantly reduce the risks to an acceptable level.

8. Able to ensure all the terms and conditions are agreed with the project's suppliers, and within a legally binding contract

9. Able to communicate using various techniques all the visual presentations of the ROECNY digital banking solution that the client requires

10. Able to resolve issues through using innovative design approaches during the ROECNY digital banking solution set up for clients. It involves thinking out of the box and being creative because traditional, run-of-the-mill methods continue to hit an obstacle with no resolution. It also involves being bold and being able to justify to the client why the innovative solution is the best approach

11. Able to screen through the industry and review available innovations using a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis approach so as to identify areas that potentially can improve ROECNY's digital banking solution for clients

12. Able to assess potential areas of development of the ROECNY digital banking solution in line with new client requirements

13. Able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues

14. Able to utilise resources well and make sure the resources are well allocated to every identified milestone and waypoints within the overall project management plan to achieve all the objectives for developing the digital banking solution for clients. The resources include, but are not limited to, manhours and company hardware and software.

15. Able to devise a solution architecture and blueprint to be used toward the development of the digital banking solution for clients

16. Understand all the expectations of ROECNY's various stakeholders and incorporate them into the digital banking solution for clients

17. Able to devise action plans to develop the digital banking solution for clients

Job Requirements:

1. Industry Experience:

Prior experience in market development within the financial industry and access to key client resources are highly preferred.

2. Communication and Coordination Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an agile mindset, proactive attitude, and enthusiasm for teamwork.

3. Market Development and Client Management:

Demonstrated ability in market development and client relationship management, with a collaborative spirit.

4. Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and internet-based communication platforms for efficient work processes.

5. Digital Marketing Expertise:

In-depth understanding of new media marketing platforms, including social media, short videos, live streaming, and e-commerce models. Knowledge of internet marketing strategies is a plus.

6. Licence Requirement:

Possesses a relevant financial representative licence recognized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore or equivalent regulatory authority.

7. Willingness to Travel:

Ability and willingness to undertake frequent and long-term business travel as required.
