Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle including RFP, RFQ, NPI, and after-sales service, serving as the main point of contact for international clients.
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships by understanding requirements, proposing solutions, and ensuring compliance with specifications and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate resources across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Define project goals, schedules, and budgets monitor risks and implement countermeasures while providing timely updates to management and clients.
- Track server industry trends and technologies to support client product planning and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee inventory and excess material management, including cost risk assessment, clearance negotiations, and process optimization.
- Drive continuous improvements in commercial processes and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry
- Strong business and financial acumen with proven ability to manage costs, margins, and inventory.
- Experience in contract and commercial terms negotiation with global clients.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
