Role Overview:
We are looking for a Project Manager cum Business Analyst who can effectively coordinate between business teams and development teams. The ideal candidate will manage developers, gather and clarify requirements from business users, and ensure smooth execution of projects-including production-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Manage and lead development teams to deliver projects on time.
- Plan, monitor, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with production teams for deployments, releases, and production support activities.
Business Analysis:
- Interact with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Conduct requirement clarification sessions and ensure complete understanding for the development team.
- Prepare requirement documents user stories, and functional specifications.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
Team Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between business users and developers.
- Conduct regular meetings with development teams to review progress and clarify requirements.
- Communicate project updates and blockers to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid role.
- Strong experience managing developers and technical teams.
- Hands-on experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with production teams and handling production issues.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
