Project Manager (CSA)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works on site

- Ensure project completion within schedule, budget and quality standards

- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams

- Monitor progress, resolve site issues and conduct site meetings

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements

Requirements:

- Degree in Civil Engineering / Building or related field

- Minimum 5 years experience in building construction projects

Job Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering preferred

. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV/HVAC project management.

. Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems, installation methods, and local codes.

. Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.

. Familiar with BCA, WSH, and relevant Singapore standards.

. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

. Able to work odd hours (if necessary)

Working hours:

Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:45pm

Alt. Sat, 8:30am to 12:30pm
