Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager (CRM & Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Singapore, Singapore

Job Type: Full-time, Morning Shift, Fully Onsite

Tenure: 7+ years experience

NOTE: Only Singaporean locals or PR holders can apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Minimum 78 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in the banking sector, preferably with private banking exposure and hands-on experience with CRM tools
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies
  • Proven experience delivering global IT projects, working with onshore and offshore teams, software vendors, and supporting multi-location deployments
  • Plan, organize, lead, and manage business application projects end to end, including:
  • Project planning, budgeting, and resource management
  • Requirements gathering and business process design
  • Solution design, development coordination, and implementation
  • Security and infrastructure considerations
  • Collaborate closely with IT and technical leadership to design scalable and integrated system solutions aligned with business needs

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and Jira, with strong skills in visual layout, presentation design, and clear messaging
  • Familiarity with RFQ processes and standards, including requirements specification, issuance, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively
  • Demonstrated experience delivering CRM-related projects, preferably using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Minimum 3+ years of CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, program/project management, or a technology-driven organization
  • Strong background in project management, business analysis, and business process re-engineering
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable

  • Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and vendor management capabilities
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
