We're looking for a Project Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives focused on modernising CRM platforms and web-based systems.
You'll drive end-to-end delivery from strategy to execution; working across cross-functional teams to implement AI-powered customer experience solutions and scalable digital platforms.
What You'll Do
- Lead delivery of CRM transformation & web platform projects from initiation to deployment
- Manage migration from legacy systems to modern AI-powered SaaS solutions
- Establish project governance, timelines, and reporting frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX, Vendors)
- Oversee development of internet-facing applications (e.g. portals, knowledge systems, self-service platforms)
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
- Drive change management & user adoption, including training and transition to BAU
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in project management (tech / digital transformation)
- Proven track record in CRM implementations or system migrations
- Experience delivering web or customer-facing digital platforms
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies
- Skilled in stakeholder management across business & technical teams
- Experience working with vendors and procurement processes
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivery & outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience with Singapore Government / public sector projects
- Exposure to AI or data-driven solutions
- Knowledge of cloud / SaaS implementations
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification
