Project Planning and Execution:
Support and contribute to the strategic development by managing initiatives, special studies,
or due diligence assignments.
Support collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g., architects,
contractors, consultants, governing sector agencies) to Develop comprehensive project plans,
including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage all phases of real estate projects from initiation and planning through execution,
monitoring, and closure.
Coordinate project milestones and design reviews with stakeholders prior to sign-off stages to
allow opportunities for comment, direction and approval.
Leverage best practices with early identification and reporting of risks and mitigations; status
of works based on key milestones and adherence to local codes and regulations, standards,
processes, and policies to guide behaviours, control cost, minimize risk and ensure operational
consistency across all projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Vendor Management:
Source, evaluate, and manage external vendors, including architects, contractors, furniture
suppliers, and other service providers.
Develop and manage vendor contracts and ensure performance against agreed-upon terms.
Oversee vendor invoicing and payment processes.
Budget Management:
Assist in development and management of project budgets, track expenses, and cost control.
Assist in preparing reports and forecasts related to projects and leasing activities.
Prepare capital and operating budgets for approval and tracking.
Review and vet detailed project cost estimates, with relevant local market cost benchmarks,
and documentation for funding approvals.
Compliance and Documentation
Ensure all projects and leasing activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and
company policies.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Maintain proper filing system for all project and lease documentation and drawings, both
digital and hardcopies.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project
lifecycle and leasing process.
Assist to prepare and present weekly/monthly project updates and reports to management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or
equivalent.
Minimum 4 years experience in project management, with proven track record of successfully
managing corporate real estate projects such as corporate interiors and office fit outs.
Demonstrable experience in property leasing within Singapore, including a strong
understanding of the local market, lease negotiation, and legal requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with the ability to create and interpret floor plans and
technical drawings.
*This is a 1 year contract subjected to renewal for 1 more year.
