Project Manager/Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

. Co-ordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
. Work alongside project manager on project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and program leadership.
. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, domain experts, and business analysts.
. Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues and blockers.
. Maintain strong stakeholder communication and expectation management.
. Support governance activities and contribute to program-level planning and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

. Minimum 8+ years of overall experience, with proven work experience in project management, preferably in AI/ML or Financial Crime Compliance (KYC/TM) domains.
. Experience in managing large-scale technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
. Strong understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle and data-driven solution delivery.
. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
. Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is a plus.
. PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are desirable.
