Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Manage migration programme plan, schedule, risks/issues, and stakeholder communications.
  • Run governance cadence and produce operational reports.
  • Coordinate migration windows with operations teams and relevant partners.
  • Ensure incident management, RCA, and warranty support processes are followed.

Must-have

  • 8-10+ years programme/project management in telecom/network services.
  • Proven track record in large-scale service migration / data center transition.
  • Strong vendor/SLA governance experience.
