The Project Manager will lead the development of the AI Care project. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to development, testing, and deployment.
The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including vendors, internal teams, and donors, to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and meets quality expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of the AI Care project, ensuring alignment with the organisation's goals.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal/external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, including schedules, resourcing needs, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate regular communication between teams, ensuring clarity on project status, priorities, and potential roadblocks.
- Identify and manage risks to avoid delays or project failure and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by coordinating testing and quality assurance processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management and internal/external stakeholders, including progress, risks, and next steps.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
- Certification in AI or machine learning.
Relevant Experience:
- 10+ years of experience managing complex projects, software development, and technology-driven environments.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope.
