Project Manager (Consultant & Senior Consultant)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale public sector data programme, coordinating multiple workstreams across government stakeholders. You will play a key role in delivery governance, operational execution, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, securely, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

. Drive project delivery by running regular cadences, progress reviews, and milestone tracking

. Coordinate with government stakeholders and vendors to manage timelines and dependencies

. Oversee security, compliance, and audit-related activities (e.g. VAPT, system documentation)

. Track delivery metrics and prepare clear status reports for leadership

. Support user onboarding, access provisioning, and operational readiness

. Maintain clear project documentation, decisions, and governance artefacts

. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and delivery efficiency

Requirements

. 5-10 years of project or programme management experience

. Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in the public sector

. Exposure to data-related projects (e.g. SQL usage, dashboards, analytics platforms) is a strong advantage

. Familiar with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira and Confluence

. Strong organisational, communication, and documentation skills

. Comfortable working independently in a hybrid (onsite/offsite) environment
