Project Manager (Construction, Timber Works, Interior Fit-Out)

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in the construction or interior fit-out industry to lead complex, high-quality timber construction projects. You will report directly to the leadership team and be responsible for coordinating and delivering all works from start to handover.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of timber construction: decking, flooring, cladding and timber structures like trellises and screens.
• Coordinate execution across various stakeholders including clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and technical consultants
• Track progress, manage schedule, scope changes, and ensure quality control
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs and report weekly to ownership
• Ensure compliance with safety and design specifications

. Plan out and deconflict multiple project timelines to maximise the usage of company resources

. Manage worker welfare and performance

. Manage project expenses and ensure profitability targets are met

Ideal Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in construction, timber, interior fit-out or hospitality renovation project management.
• Strong ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams and disciplines
• Experience managing technical vendors, design revisions, and construction sequencing
• Hands-on leadership style with strong follow-through and communication
• Fluent in English Mandarin proficiency is a plus. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Must be Singapore-based with full on-site availability
