Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires frequent presence on-site to coordinate operations and stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage construction projects to meet schedule and budget targets
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to align project goals
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project lifecycle
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and approvals to maintain regulatory and contractual compliance
- Identify potential risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular site inspections to resolve technical and operational issues promptly
- Oversee resource allocation including manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize project delivery
- Verify that all works conform to drawings and specifications to ensure quality and accuracy
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing end-to-end construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, equivalent construction-related certifications)
- Experience managing large-scale or complex projects
Working Conditions:
- Based primarily on construction sites
- May require travel between project locations
