Project Manager (Construction)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $8000 - $13000

• Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm, Alternate Saturday

• Work Location: Changi

Job Responsibilities:

• Managed end-to-end project planning, scheduling, cost control, and documentation.

• Coordinated with clients to clarify project requirements and scopes.

• Participated in contract reviews and tender clarification meetings.

• Ensured compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitored project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.

• Led and coordinated engineers and construction teams on complex projects.

• Liaised with authorities, consultants, clients, and suppliers for approvals and execution.

• Prepared and presented project progress reports to management.

• Managed permit and consent applications with regulatory bodies (e.g. PSA, MOM).

• Identified project risks and implemented corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline qualifications from BCA-recognised universities are an advantage.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil works, including dredging, revetment, and pier/wharf construction projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.

• Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.
