Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to completion.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets and resources allocation.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to management.
  • Report to Management as needed
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related filed.
  • Min 5-8 years relevant working experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
