Project Manager ( Construction / General Building / Good Pay +Good Bonus

. Assist the Lead Consultant in project management and daily operations.

. Oversee site planning, including facilities, hoarding, access, and crane requirements.

. Evaluate project programmes and monitor work progress.

. Ensure workplace safety, health, and environmental measures are implemented effectively.

. Arrange mock-ups, sample unit inspections, and trade demonstrations.

. Coordinate submissions and queries from contractors, ensuring timely responses from consultants.

. Review and evaluate contractor progress claims.

. Monitor acceptance inspections and ensure timely submission of Request for Variation Orders (RVOs).

. Track and manage the engagement of Registered Inspectors (RI Arch and RI M&E).

. Plan, inspect, and coordinate the handover of completed works.

. Supervise upgrading works to ensure quality workmanship.

. Direct RTOs in supervision and site management activities.

. Assess and recommend contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

. Support the Lead Consultant during the Defects Liability Period.

. Requirements

. Possess an Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or other construction and engineering related degree.
