You will oversee full project delivery, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end project management, including contract compliance, budget and cost control, quality control, scheduling, and site safety.
- Attending project kick-off, progress, and coordination meetings.
- Working closely with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth communication.
- Reviewing drawings, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with consultants for clarification before site works begin.
- Ensuring that all materials used comply with approved specifications and are properly documented.
- Preparing and reviewing project documents, including progress reports and work programmes.
- Participating in Risk Assessment and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) matters.
- Supporting ad-hoc tender submissions and technical proposals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager experience in interior/fit-out projects will be an advantage.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong technical proficiency and proven project delivery capabilities.
- Cost-conscious mindset with strong budget management skills.
- Effective team leader with the ability to build collaboration and drive performance.
- Positive learning attitude and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
- Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
