Project Manager (Construction/ Civil & Structural)

Responsibilities

. Lead project planning by developing detailed schedules,incorporating key milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation strategies.

. Collaborate with design, procurement, and constructionteams to ensure seamless integration of scope, timeline, and executionstrategies.

. Monitor project progress using BIM models, digitaldashboards, and automated reporting systems for transparency and efficiency.

. Utilise predictive analytics and AI-driven forecastingtools to optimise project planning and improve scheduling accuracy.

. Use Construction IQ and AI-powered risk assessmenttools to identify and mitigate potential project risks related to cost,schedule, quality, and compliance.

. Establish early warning systems through key riskindicators (KRIs) and automated alerts to notify stakeholders of deviationsfrom the project plan

. Maintain a continuous risk assessment framework thatenables real-time adjustments in resource allocation, scheduling, and executionstrategies.

. Integrate sustainability KPIs into project planning,tracking energy efficiency, carbon footprint, and material lifecycleperformance.

. Establish data-driven performance benchmarks forsubcontractors and suppliers to drive accountability and quality assurance.

. Ensure compliance with sustainability certificationsand regulatory requirements, embedding them into the project workflow.

Requirements

. Bachelor'sDegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or arelated field.

. At least 5-8years of experience in project management within the construction or builtenvironment sector.

. Familiaritywith project risk management and contract management.

. Strongunderstanding of Green Building Standards (and sustainability compliance.

. Provenexperience in data-driven project management, preferably in the builtenvironment sector.
