It involves close collaboration with clients, designers, and contractors to translate workplace strategies, such as agile working environments, collaborative zones, and wellness-focused features into seamless and practical project execution.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Plan, allocate, and manage resources effectively to support project delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans and track progress against key milestones.
  • Implement appropriate control and verification measures to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance using relevant systems, tools, and methodologies.
  • Prepare and present project updates, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Manage client relationships and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and third-party partners.
  • Ensure comprehensive and accurate project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively by implementing response strategies to minimize impact and protect stakeholders.
  • Ensure all works comply with local regulations and statutory requirements, including guidelines set by relevant authorities such as the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
  • Oversee project execution in live office environments, ensuring minimal disruption, high-quality standards, and strict adherence to workplace safety requirements.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management team or immediate superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial workplace projects.
  • Strong ability to interpret specialist drawings, including architectural, MEP, and structural details.
  • Proven capability in managing all phases of the project lifecycle, including budgets, contracts, schedules, and risk management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability in project delivery.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
  • Possess relevant professional certification, such as Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Site (CSCPM).
