Project Manager (Commercial/A&A)

Job Description & Requirements

For this position, we envisage an energetic,dynamic and capableperson with relevant experience in the built environment sector. This is for interior renovations as well as addition and alteration (A&A) works. The main works area focus are commercial buildings, offices, as well asthe industrial, aviation and transport infrastructure.

The successful candidate will report to the Project Director / Managing Director, collaborate with department HODs and team members of each project team.

Key responsibilities

• Managing overall site works with planned periodic updates and reports (internally and externally), including liaison with tenant owners, own employer representatives, MCSTs and FM counterparts.
• Be the point of contact and liaison for scheduling / planning / execution of work for our workers and sub-contractors
• Resolve site issues, challenges and conflicts where necessary
• Ensure smooth and successful delivery of any tasked project
• Plan overall master and micro project schedules, in Gantt chart formats, execute as tasked
• End-to-end follow ups on contract and variations till closure of accounts.
• Assist the team in bids with PM proposals planning, VE, health and safety, risk assessments etc
