Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Project Manager to manage and oversee multiple interior fit-out and carpentry projects. The candidate will ensure smooth project execution, timely completion, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute projects from start to completion
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor site progress, schedule, and manpower deployment
- Ensure compliance with BCA/HDB regulations and safety requirements
- Manage project costs, budget, and variation orders
- Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates
- Resolve site issues and ensure quality workmanship
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Building, Construction, Engineering, or any related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction/interior fit-out
- Familiar with local regulations (BCA, HDB)
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle multiple projects and work under pressure
- Good communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in carpentry / renovation projects
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or project scheduling
