Project Manager (Civil/Infrastructure)

Job Description :

. Responsible for the execution of civil and structural design and construction for infrastructure works including Roads, Drains, Sewers and other public structures.

. Manage tender specifications and design requirements for calling of tender contracts.

. Manage detailed design of buildings and civil infrastructures.

. Work with Qualified Person (QP) to develop and manage design scheme for civil and structural works.

. Lead a team in project planning, implementation and close monitoring the progress of projects.

. Project coordination including submission to local authorities and liaison during the construction stage and site inspection with qualified site supervisors (RE/RTO).

. Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities on technical matters.

Requirements :

. Candidates must possess minimum a Bachelor Engineering (Civil) degree recognised by PE Board.

. Engineers with minimum 5 years relevant local experience in engineering design and project management.

. Conversant with latest design codes and authority requirements (Codes of practice directives, etc.).

. Be a team player with good attitude towards quality of work and timeline.

. Able to work independently to support the Qualified Person.
