We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects, particularly in government-related wastewater and water treatment works. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning through execution to completion.
Plan, manage, and oversee the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects
Define project scope, objectives, and detailed work plans
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Manage project resources, budget, and construction schedules
Supervise site operations and ensure quality control standards are met
Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications and safety regulations
Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
Proven experience managing wastewater and/or water treatment projects, preferably government projects
Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively
Annual Leave: Starting from 7 days, increasing by 1 day per year up to 14 days (negotiable)
Medical Leave: 14 days per year
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Rest Days: 6 days per month
