Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects, particularly in government-related wastewater and water treatment works. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning through execution to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects

• Define project scope, objectives, and detailed work plans

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Manage project resources, budget, and construction schedules

• Supervise site operations and ensure quality control standards are met

• Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications and safety regulations

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Proven experience managing wastewater and/or water treatment projects, preferably government projects

• Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively

Benefits

• Annual Leave: Starting from 7 days, increasing by 1 day per year up to 14 days (negotiable)

• Medical Leave: 14 days per year

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• Rest Days: 6 days per month
